Overview

Self-talk is something everyone experiences and becoming conscious of the landscape of our internal narrator is a vital skill for wellbeing. Our internal voice can be one of our biggest allies, yet all too often, we allow it to be unsupportive.

About this event

The webinar will help you have a greater understanding of:

  • What is chatter?
  • When is chatter negatively impacting your thoughts, emotions and behaviour?
  • Cultivating your supportive chatter
  • Tools to navigate and moderate unhelpful, negative chatter
