Balancing the needs of different people, both at home in your personal life and at work can be difficult. This often means that our own wellbeing falls to the wayside. This interactive session looks at how we can reclaim our own individuality while still taking care of the family unit, our careers, and our wellbeing.

About this event

The masterclass will help you have a greater understanding of:

  • The challenges and myths surrounding work-life integration
  • Defining your success criteria and what works for you
  • The art of time management and prioritisation
  • The importance of a strong support network – at work and at home!
  • Boundaries and rituals to help draw the line between work and home
  • Things that might derail us
  • Looking after ourselves and remembering who we are – as an individual and as a parent

This event is subsidised by the Benevolent Fund and offered at a heavily discounted rate for the benefit of ICE members. Fees are £20 for ICE Members (all grades) and £50 for Non-Members.

More workshop, webinar and masterclass topics can be found here or visit the webinar archive at your leisure.
