Continuing with the “Spirit of SOPL” roadshow, this webinar focuses on the effective preparation of adjudication documents under the new “SOP Spirit” adjudication scheme in the public sector. Under this new scheme, the first adjudication document is expected to unveil in the first quarter of 2022. This webinar provides the lesson learnt from the preparation of payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications and adjudication responses according to the security of payment legislations in the different Australian regions. It also aims at assisting Hong Kong construction practitioners to prepare their submissions when the time comes.
