Overview
The Glamorganshire Golf Club is the oldest inland course in Wales and the birthplace of the Stableford Scoring System.
The club has hosted the 2015 Welsh Team Championships, 2019 Welsh Boys Championships & 2022 Welsh Seniors Championships.
The day consists of a welcome tea/coffee and bacon roll, a round of competitive golf and an optional after match meal.
The golf day will be a Stableford Competition played off full handicap (maximum 24 shots). Players finishing in the top four places will be selected to represent the Wales region in the annual National Thomas Telford Trophy which in 2022 is to be hosted by West of Scotland on 28th/29th August at Glasgow Gailes.
All playing ICE members are eligible for selection subject to holding a valid handicap certificate.
ICE Members are encouraged to invite professional colleagues and friends as guests for the day. There will be a separate guest competition.
Ticket Prices
- Golf: £28:00* per player
- One Course Meal: £16.00 (optional)
- Prize fund: £5 per entry
*18-hole Green Fee is free of charge to existing Glamorganshire Golf Club members.
