This masterclass explores the phenomenon of change and will support delegates by providing tools and techniques to improve your adaptability.

About this event

The masterclass will help you have a greater understanding of:

  • Exploring your personal experiences of change – both positive and negative
  • Our human reaction to change and exploring our personal responses
  • Models from psychology that help us more effectively understand change
  • Developing strategies for handling change with agility
  • Being more flexible and open to change

This event is subsidised by the Benevolent Fund and offered at a heavily discounted rate for the benefit of ICE members. Fees are £20 for ICE Members (all grades) and £50 for Non-Members.

Lucy is an experienced coach trained to masters level. She specialises in supporting senior leaders and entrepreneurs to be healthy, happy and productive in the workplace by accessing their innate resilience and strengths.

Lucy holds the world recognised Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) and delivers inspiring workshops in topics including Mental Health and Wellbeing, Self Compassion, Mindfulness, Personal Resilience, Work-Life Integration, Assertiveness & Confidence, Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Change with agility. She also holds a BSc in Life Sciences, MSc in Human Resource Management, and is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
