Overview

People living with diabetes are more likely to experience a range of associated health issues. With 422 million people worldwide currently living with the condition, and a good many more at risk of developing it, a solid dietary understanding is critical to remaining healthy.

The webinar will explore:

  • What is diabetes?
  • The differences between Type 1 and Type 2
  • Risk factors for diabetes – Are you at risk?
  • Intermittent fasting and whether this is an option for you
  • Low-carb diets – Are they for you? Do they work? What does this look like?

More workshop, webinar and masterclass topics can be found here or visit the webinar archive at your leisure.
