Overview

We’re all creatures of habit. Many of us wake, eat, and sleep at the same time each day. Habitual behaviours have the power to make us feel safe and provide a sense of certainty in our lives. However, despite bold resolutions and well-meaning intentions at the beginning of the year, many of us struggle to incorporate new, supportive habits into our daily lives.

About this event

The webinar will help you have a greater understanding of:

• The psychology and neuroscience behind creating healthier habits
• The science surrounding the breaking of habits that aren’t serving us
• Small changes and tweaks in daily life that make a big difference
• Making habits “sticky” and sustainable
