Grief is a natural response to loss, and while it is a part of life, it is a huge challenge and can be overwhelming. Despite this, we are not taught how to deal with this complicated range of emotions. There is no right or wrong way to grieve a loss – grief manifests differently from person to person, and indeed, from one grief experience to another.

About this event

The webinar will help you have a greater understanding of:

  • Normalising grief without minimising it
  • Gentle and compassionate ways of navigating our own grief journeys
  • Bringing grief into the open and looking after ourselves

Lucy Whitehall

Lucy is an experienced coach trained to masters level. She specialises in supporting senior leaders and entrepreneurs to be healthy, happy and productive in the workplace by accessing their innate resilience and strengths.

Lucy holds the world recognised Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) and delivers inspiring workshops in topics including Mental Health and Wellbeing, Self Compassion, Mindfulness, Personal Resilience, Work-Life Integration, Assertiveness & Confidence, Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Change with agility. She also holds a BSc in Life Sciences, MSc in Human Resource Management, and is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
