Overview

Grief is a natural response to loss, and while it is a part of life, it is a huge challenge and can be overwhelming. Despite this, we are not taught how to deal with this complicated range of emotions. There is no right or wrong way to grieve a loss – grief manifests differently from person to person, and indeed, from one grief experience to another.

About this event

The webinar will help you have a greater understanding of:

  • Normalising grief without minimising it
  • Gentle and compassionate ways of navigating our own grief journeys
  • Bringing grief into the open and looking after ourselves

Please be aware that this webinar has potential to trigger emotions surrounding grief. If you have been affected by this topic and feel you need support, please get in touch. The ICE Benevolent Fund has a range of support services, including bereavement counselling.

More workshop, webinar and masterclass topics can be found here or visit the webinar archive at your leisure.
