Overview

Gain an understanding of NEC4 contracts and improve your commercial and contractual knowledge.

How should change be managed in NEC contracts?  Is the system of compensation events fit for purpose, or should Parties just do their own thing to simplify matters?

Patrick Waterhouse will explain how NEC contracts should manage change and the problems that arise when parties decide to do something else instead.

This in-person meeting will be suitable for engineers, project managers, clients, supervisors, quantity surveyors, lawyers and all those involved in the procurement and delivery of construction projects.

Light refreshments will be available before the lecture in the foyer.

This event is organised and hosted by ICE Manchester branch.
