Overview

Sometimes, pressure can help us perform, while at other times, it can overwhelm us. Learning how to deal with the energy of high-pressure situations in a healthy, productive way will ensure that you are not just surviving in the moment, but thriving.

The masterclass will help you have a greater understanding of:

  • What is a high-pressure situation?
  • Identifying our own high-pressure situations, including interviews, presentations, and professional reviews
  • Using neuroscience, sports and social psychology to understand high pressure situations
  • Harnessing the energy created by high-pressure situations and using it to deliver positive results
  • Avoiding the “deer in headlights” effect

Delegates are encouraged to bring an example of their own high-pressure situation to the event and they will have the opportunity to work through the example during the masterclass.

This event is subsidised by the Benevolent Fund and offered at a heavily discounted rate for the benefit of ICE members.
