Overview

We all know that when we eat right, we feel right, and when we eat less well, we don’t feel right. But did you know that our eating habits can also impact our ability to cope with stress? Join us for this bite-sized webinar as we discuss the links between stress and diet and how we can eat our way to a more resilient lifestyle!

The webinar will explore:

  • Which foods could boost your resilience to stress?
  • Optimal times to be using caffeine and its impact
  • Using food to improve your sleep
  • The links between stress and immunity

More workshop, webinar and masterclass topics can be found here or visit the webinar archive at your leisure.
