Over the last two years, the landscape of transportation in the West Midlands has changed significantly. Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) have received over £1billion in CRSTS funding, which together with the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP), will help deliver ambitious infrastructure projects which promote the use of active travel and public transport. These changes are all taking place as the industry emerges from a global pandemic and post Birmingham hosting the Commonwealth Games, with the legacy attached to that.
Join ICE Birmingham, Solihull and Black Country branch and Director of Network Resilience at TfWM, Mark Corbin for this presentation focused on the transport industry; driving inclusivity, sustainability, and equitable growth across the region, and redesigning Network Resilience.
The talk will outline the necessary qualifications for becoming a Fellow of ICE. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
ICE invites you to our online Knowledge Café. This event is designed for our regional and International members, as well as those who were unable to attend our first Knowledge Café event in London.
