About this event

Come along to discover the latest talent in your engineering community at the 2017 Emerging Engineers Award ICE London region Final.

The Emerging Engineers Award (EEA) promotes and rewards excellence in the communication of civil engineering ideas and innovation, research and best practice on projects/design.

Papers submitted by ICE graduate and student members (including trainee technicians) within the Region have been reviewed by the Judging Panel.

The top entries will contest for prizes, prestige and to be shortlisted for the EEA Final at the ICE's Headquarters in London.

Their presentations are followed by question and answer sessions when audience members are encouraged to participate. There is also an opportunity to enjoy complimentary refreshments and network with other engineering professionals.

Attending the EEA Regional Final gives you a great chance to:

  • Learn of advancements in the engineering field
  • Test the finalists' knowledge
  • Add to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record

The winner will be shortlisted for the 2017 EEA Global Final where the prestigious Institution Medal and further cash prizes can be won.
