Interacting with the media is an effective way of sharing knowledge and providing project milestones and successes with a wide group of stakeholders, from members of the public to decision makers and peers. The media landscape is a challenging one, however: it is important to be prepared and to understand how to make the most of every media opportunity you have.

This webinar will give you the tools you need to embrace media opportunities confidently, ensuring that any interview you undertake is effective and impactful.

We will explore the perspectives of different types of media, such as broadcast, print or specialist press, and look at the different requirements of national, local or trade journalists. We will look at how to effectively create and deliver the key messages that you want to put across. You will also gain insight into how to respond to challenging questions, and how extras such as good visuals or exclusive access can increase the impact of media coverage.

Through this webinar, you will improve your ability to communicate through the media, reaching your stakeholders effectively, ensuring they both understand and remember what you have to say.
