About this event

The latest suite of NEC contracts, NEC4, was published in June to great fanfare. Is the blaze of publicity warranted, or is this latest issue just a refresh of NEC3?

It's clear that much indeed has changed. Four new contracts have been added to the suite and many changes have been made to the existing forms. This event will provide a description of what's changed, and why. Patrick Waterhouse was part of the NEC team that produced NEC4.
