Overview

Supporting others can be physically and emotionally difficult. When you spend a lot of time looking after others, it can feel like there’s no time or energy left for you. To avoid burnout and feelings of being overwhelmed, however, it’s imperative that we spend some time focusing on our own wellbeing.

In this short introductory webinar will support delegates in their understanding of:

  • How can we look after ourselves as carers?
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Identifying positive coping strategies
  • What support is available and what are your next steps?
