Overview

As part of the celebrations for International Women in Engineering Day, the ICE Early Careers Network West Midlands are hosting a webinar celebrating and promoting women from across the industry, followed by a panel discussion with questions from the audience.

This event will talk about data released by EngineeringUK. This data revealed that the proportion of women working in engineering and technology has declined in the past year from 16.5% to 15.7%. Speakers will discuss the reasons why, as well as highlighting and celebrating the women within the industry.

The speakers will include:

  • Serena Gough, senior urban highways engineer, Arcadis
  • Becky Drew, senior engineer, Curtins

The ICE Early Careers Network West Midlands is looking forward to seeing you there!
