Overview

Many of you have been involved in large scale construction projects such as the third runway project or the Hong Kong – Zhuhai- Macao Bridge. Some of you may have read from news that high profile prosecutions or civil disputes have resulted from these projects. Construction projects are complex and, unfortunately, are often fertile grounds to legal disputes, both civil and criminal. Knowing those traps – and perhaps more crucially, how to avoid them – could be key to a smooth sailing through a complex construction project.

This seminar seeks to highlight the common traps and pitfalls which maybe encountered by professionals holding various posts in a construction project via real life cases.
