Overview
The AGM will be held on 18 June 2024. ICE HKA G&S will be joined by ICE HK, the HKA committee and honourable guests in celebrating the fruitful achievements attained over the past year. The outgoing chairman of the G&S division will introduce the annual report for the 2023 - 2024 session, and the treasurer will report on the financial position of the division. The AGM marks the completion of the current session, and the beginning of the 2024 - 2025 session.
Prizes and certificates for ICE HKA G&S outstanding helpers will be presented following the AGM. This is a formal occasion where their contributions over the past year are commemorated. G&S events would not have been as successful as they were without the kind help from the devoted helpers.
For more details of the AGM, please refer to AGM paper which will be available in due course.
