Hong Kong has firmly established itself as a leader in infrastructure development. With a new wave of projects on the horizon, effective cost management initiatives are crucial for the successful delivery of upcoming public works.
Over the years, the Project Strategy and Governance Office (PSGO) has embraced a holistic approach to enhance cost management and boost the performance of public works projects.
ICE HKA G&S, HKIE GD YGC and ACEHK YMC will co-organise the seminar on management and cost saving initiatives for large-scale developments. At this seminar, distinguished speakers from PSGO will present an overview of current and forthcoming management and cost-saving initiatives for large-scale developments at various project stages. Additionally, insights from recent technical exchanges with institutions worldwide will be shared.
