Overview

The Offshore Engineering Society’s 22nd Annual Film Evening will cover a wide range of areas in offshore engineering, from oil and gas and liquid natural gas to decommissioning, floating wind and subsea engineering.

Attendees will then have the opportunity to network over drinks.

David A Loader

David is a chartered civil/structural engineer and principal consultant working as a marine offshore oil and gas LNG, wind-floating and fixed. He graduated with a degree from Brighton Polytechnic in 1981.

He has 35 years technical experience specialising in civil/structural engineering in international projects including floating/fixed wind farms.

He has project experience from basic conceptual studies, front-end engineering, design, analysis, checking, construction follow-up, decommissioning and renewables, including management, audits and quality assurance, planning, budget preparation and evaluation of engineering and construction bid packages.
