Overview

As part of Tomorrow’s Engineers Week, the event will ask: how can industry, academia and schools work together to inspire future female engineering leaders?

A panel of senior women in engineering, chaired by ICE Fellow, Caroline Field, will discuss their experiences, impact and challenges and how to encourage the next generation to follow in their footsteps.

The event is aimed at sparking interesting conversations, enabling participants from different backgrounds and perspectives to identify barriers and potential solutions to empowering future female engineering leaders.

The event, organised by PA Consulting and ICE South West, starts with a complimentary buffet and refreshments.
