This event is organised by the North Wales Branch of ICE Wales Cymru to showcase the experience of three aspiring engineers, speaking on three very different topics:

  1. Carl Edwards (Isle of Anglesey County Council – Llangefni)

    Llangefni Link Road - The Road Through the Ancient Burial Ground

    "I was the Client’s Site Supervisor on the Llangefni Link Road Project and I will be speaking about the problems we encountered on site including the discovery of an ancient burial ground, and how we resolved those problems."

  2. Tudur Ellis (Dwr Cymru Welsh Water – Kinmel Park)

    Llangennech rising main Horizontal Directional Drill

    “I was the Client’s Site Supervisor on the Llangennech Rising Main Project and I will be speaking about the project constraints and environmental considerations.”

  3. Prithula Roy Choudhury (Mott Macdonald Bentley – Wrexham)

    Difficulties with poor ground and high ground water at Denbigh WwTW

    “I was the civil engineer on Denbigh Waste Water Treatment Works P Removal Scheme and tonight I am going to be speaking about some of the challenges we faced and the opportunities that came out of them.”
