Overview

TfL has been preparing and consulting on plans to extend the Bakerloo line to Lewisham capitalising on the opportunity from the future upgrade of the existing line. The project can support redevelopment and regeneration in the Old Kent Road and amplify the benefits of the Tube network across south and south east London by offering attractive new interchanges to the Overground and National Rail networks.

Members of the TfL Planning and Engineering teams will provide an update on the proposals and the challenges and opportunities that are being pursued through the design process.
