Overview
Is this “chunk of metal” the most significant thing to happen to civil engineering in a generation?
Dave Pearson, Director of Star Renewable Energy will co-host this webinar sharing some insight to the UKs largest high temperature river source heat pumps, destined for Queens Quay in Clydebank.
With a modest starter on what a heat pump actually is, and larger helping of what this means in terms of civil engineering he will conclude with observations as to why Scotland could drive a green economy recovery based on clean heat and the subsequent upside for the civil engineering industry.
An after-thought will be shared on what we need to see happen in Holyrood policy circles to make this upside a reality and drive us out of a likely post CoVid-19 economic depression.
