Overview

Kate Cairns, Sustainability Consultant will speak on cycling sustainability, health, and safety, UK and EU progress.

Richard McGuckin and Johnathan Kibble from Stockton Borough Council, will look at costs, highway design, practicalities, and plans for Tees Valley.

Paula Mahon and Richard Marr will briefly sum up points for and against the motion.

Then when you've heard the facts it's your turn to challenge and have a say.

We'll vote on the motion at the end.
