Overview

This webinar presented by XEIAD will include examples of diving, rope and confined spaces solutions used to access engineering in the most difficult to reach locations.

Summary

What are the challenges of working with structures and infrastructure in extreme locations?

And why is difficult access engineering so important?

This webinar will discuss typical client access problems and the different disciplines of diving, rope and confined space access. The session will explain the importance and benefits to having professional engineers carrying out inspections and the skills they need for this expert work.

XEIAD, a civil engineering consultancy, will present the session and give an overview of the different technologies and equipment used to obtain detailed data on the condition of a structure. The webinar will highlight the limitations of the different technologies and the need for a holistic approach.

The webinar is hosted by the ICE South West Plymouth City Club.
