As part of a national initiative which has already seen government financed infrastructure deals for Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness, Edinburgh and the South East will now be able to capitalise on their own deal.

The £1.1bn commitment includes £120m for improvements to the Edinburgh City Bypass and £65 million for housing, amongst other significant infrastructure and construction aims. This talk will give an update on progress from the engineers’ perspective and how this important investment in infrastructure will be allocated.
