Enabling Better Infrastructure Programme launch, London

Overview

With a changing world of rapid urbanisation, demographic shifts, and climate change there is an increasing requirement for new and repurposed infrastructure around the world. The Enabling Better Infrastructure programme serves as a guide and overview of standout practice and case studies from across the globe, to support governments in delivering infrastructure to meet these rapid changes.

The Enabling Better Infrastructure programme will contribute to the global knowledge pool by identifying and exploring common objectives, problems and trends of governments around the world. It also showcases solutions to improve infrastructure decision-making.

The programme was launched across the world in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, South Africa, and Dubai. At each even we launched a report which sets out high-level principles for governments to consider when they are planning infrastructure programmes and during early stage project preparation. Alongside side the report we launched an online resource hub, which you can explore at www.enablingbetterinfrastructure.com.

The event was attended by senior leaders from across the infrastructure supply chain, parliamentarians and high-level representatives from international business communities.
