Overview
The coming years will see significant property and infrastructure development continue across London. New buildings, as well as existing developments, will need to evolve to accommodate changing climates, demographics and technologies.
How can London’s infrastructure be designed to be ready for the future? What steps can we take now to ensure that the London of the future remains a thriving city while meeting the changing societal needs of people working and living in our capital?
Speakers at this evening lecture will address these vital questions, sharing their knowledge, experience and ideas for meeting societal demands and delivering resilient, smart infrastructure of the future.
The lecture will be followed by a drinks reception for delegates and speakers to continue the discussion and network with their peers.
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s “Future Ready” initiative is a global innovation programme that aims to provide a consistent understanding of what we believe a future world will look like and allows us to challenge ourselves to embed future trends into design. “Future Ready” ensures that sustainability is a central consideration from the outset.
