The Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (CICCP) is the Spanish College of Road, Canal and Port Engineers and regulates the profession of civil engineering in Spain.

Join the ICE and CICCP for an evening reception to welcome the President of CICCP and to discuss and share insights on the rail industry in the UK and Spain.
A special presentation will be given by guest speaker María Luisa Domínguez, President of ADIF, followed by a panel discussion to share experience and expertise on the state of infrastructure and the rail industry in the UK.

Spanish Railway Infrastructure Manager (ADIF)
Chairwoman Adif / Adif AV
President of the public business entity Administrator of Railway Infrastructures (ADIF). Civil engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) in 1993, she has a degree in Law from the National University of Distance Education (2006), and has a Master's Degree in International Strategic Management from the UPM (2016).
After working for five years in an engineering company, she joined the project unit of the Railway Infrastructure Manager (GIF) in January 1998, first as a technician and since 2001 as area manager.
In 2005, after the creation of ADIF, she became director of high speed projects, and since 2007, director of studies and projects of the General Directorate of Large High Speed Projects. In 2013 she joined the ADIF-AV staff as head of the technical coordination area. In 2016 she returns to the field of projects.
Since 2018, she has been general director of strategic planning and projects at ADIF, responsible for the company's strategy, functional network planning, infrastructure and architecture projects for the entire network, and international relations.
Since 2009 she has been a professor of the AETOS/UNED Master's Degree in tunnels, and teaches classes in different university master's degrees and in courses at the Summer University, at the UPM and at the European University of Madrid. She is a member of the Editorial and Writing Committee of the Public Works Magazine of the Official College of Civil, Canal and Port Engineers.
