We have made some great progress in reducing the harm caused to people, property and environment in the development, delivery and operation of infrastructure.

Eliminating harm however is beyond our reach unless we change the way we think and how we act.

This will only be achieved if we tackle diversity and embrace technology.

At this year's lecture, speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds and industries will draw on their experiences of harnessing diversity of thought and technology to make a real difference.

The lecture will be followed by an interactive discussion and a drinks reception offering delegates the opportunity to network and continue the conversations.
