Overview

International Women in Engineering Day will take place on June 23, and to celebrate women in engineering ICE Yorkshire and Humber are hosting a panel debate.

The chair will invite panellists to share:

  • An overview of their career, and consideration of whether unconscious gender bias affected their careers
  • Their own experience of good and bad work life balance in practice
  • Their vision for the future: how could we adjust work life balance to encourage more women into the industry?
