Overview

A number of infrastructure clients in the UK have delivered improved performance through collaborative working practices such as alliancing, early contractor involvement and partnering.

This evening lecture will look at procurement methods which support collaborative working.

The speaker, Mr. Steve Rowsell will provide:

  • Examples from major infrastructure clients and projects on how procurement strategies can support collaborative forms of working
  • The role of the NEC3 contract on these projects

The event will be chaired by Peter Higgins and the presentation will be followed by question.
