Overview
Drawing on his 30+ years of experience in managing safety risks on significant projects, both in India and the UK, Michael’s presentation will provide an overview of tunnel collapses he has personally witnessed, explore the role Risk Management plays in the industry, and highlight best practice.
The presentation will also compare the differences in safety legislations in the two countries, their impact on Risk and Safety Management, and will discuss the impact of innovation and competency in ensuring safety.
