Why use Motivational Maps?
Performance in any organisation depends on the right direction, appropriate skills, and motivation. Post pandemic we are having to work differently potentially affect our motivation and mental welfare.
Motivational Maps provide the solution to what is probably the most difficult of these three to manage and sustain - motivation.
Your key motivators in a clear and easy report.
The Motivational Map is based on three clusters of motivation:
- Motivation through your relationships
- Motivation through your own achievements
- Motivation through your individual growth
Motivational Maps technology asks some simple yet pertinent questions that generate a unique, individual map. The map details each motivator's contribution and how this can affect personal performance, wellbeing, and your overall motivational score.
The report describes an individual's motivational drivers along with practical steps that can be taken to make use of this self-knowledge.
Once you have booked online your name and email will be sent to the speaker, Jane Thomas, and you will be invited to complete a questionnaire. Please do this as soon as you can. Once it is completed and submitted, you will receive an individual Map report, leading to the development of an action plan to support your main motivational drivers to enhance your mental welfare.
At this session Jane will cover:
- Defining motivation
- The benefits of being motivated
- Understanding your nine motivators
- Maintaining or increasing your motivation to support your mental welfare
