Overview

The NEC contract is a project management toolkit.  This event will explore how the project programme sits at the core of the contract, and how good programme management is fundamental to the successful delivery of projects.  We will look at the key requirements of what the programme should show, how it should be updated each month, and some of the pitfalls to watch out for.

We will then look at how change is managed under the contract, the use of early warnings, and how the programme can be used to inform decision-making.

During the event we will use Microsoft Project as a demonstration tool.
