Overview

This talk will outline how Scottish Water and it's delivery partners working in collaboration, has developed a strategic solution which will significantly reduce storm overflow spills, localised flooding and provides additional storage capacity to augment the existing wastewater network.

The knowledge gained will include strategic design development, understanding the implications of tunnelling through challenging ground conditions within an urban environment and stakeholder/customer engagement.
