Overview

The talk will include a summary update of the most recent guidance and a number of recent case examples will be used to illustrate the scale and nature of potential risks. The complexity of liabilities will then be highlighted and emphasised including those beyond the financial. The tools for liability management will be presented (technical, financial and legal).

Finally headline example case studies will be presented and key lessons emphasised.
