The Green Port Hull development is a £310 million joint investment between Associated British Ports (ABP) and Siemens to create a landmark facility to service the offshore wind turbine industry.

The development includes a new berth frontage for wind installation vessels, a blade manufacturing facility as well as an assembly, service and distribution facility for wind turbine components. This has created around 1,000 jobs directly, with additional jobs during construction and indirectly in the supply chain, and will provide a substantial boost to the UK's offshore wind industry.

Associated British Ports, Hull is hosting a PIANC UK visit to the Greenport Hull Project. Delegates will have the opportunity to visit the site and hear a presentation about the project from ABP's Project Manager, Dave Herrod. The visit will finish at 4pm.
