Overview
As part of the Emerging Engineers programme, Aberdeen Association of Civil Engineers has a series of Student Awards set up with the University of Aberdeen. The main event within this is the 4th Year Civil Engineering Dissertation Competition.
Three finalists selected by the University will present to branch members on their topic with a final winner chosen by AACE on the night. Come along, hear and support the latest budding civil engineers. The winning presentation will be announced on the night along with the results of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Masters years course awards. The event is being hosted by Aberdeen University in The Sir Duncan Rice Library. The views from the 7th floor over Aberdeen will help make this a memorable night.
The event will have refreshments at 5:30 pm with the presentations starting at 6:00pm. Parking is available in the Bedford Road car park, adjacent to the library and accessed from St Machar Drive off Bedford Road.
