Overview
This is the third in a series of five seminars which will explore the nuances of Scots law and how these nuances could affect everyday delivery of a construction contract. The series is aimed at current and future decision makers in the profession who are either developing or interpreting construction contracts.
This seminar will look at the law and practice of adjudication in Scotland, explaining how the process operates from referral of the dispute to adjudication up to and including when/how an adjudicator's decision can be challenged.

- 20 May 2025 - The jurisdiction of the Scottish Civil Courts
