Overview
Are you based in West Sussex, Hampshire or Isle of Wight? Then join us for the ICE South Branch Early Careers Network’s Annual General Meeting, where you will be part of reviving this Early Careers Network. We are looking for anyone who is keen to learn more about the committee, its roles, the type of events you want the ECN to organise, and to build this Early Careers Network to help you become professionally qualified. The roles available include:
- Chair (Core)
- Vice Chair (Core)
- Secretary (Core)
- Vice Secretary (Core)
- Treasury (Core)
- STEM Lead
- Apprentice Liaison
- Student Liaison
- Event Coordinators
The AGM will be hosted both online and at University of Portsmouth Richmond Building. If you are interested in running for any of the above roles, please do the following:
- Email Katie (email below) the committee role you are applying for by end of play Monday 10th March
- Write around 100 words to introduce yourself and why you are suitable for the role for you to read out on the night
If you are unable to attend on the night and still want to apply for a role, you are welcome to submit what you would read out on the night by Monday 10th March for someone else to read it on your behalf.
There will be opportunities for networking and refreshments locally before and after the meeting.
As well as being great for personal development, being part of this committee also directly supports the Professional Commitment Attribute.
To find out more information, or if you have any questions, please email Katie at: [email protected]
