Overview
Organised by the ICE Bahrain Early Careers Network Committee, this hybrid event marks the official launch of the ICE Bahrain ECNet initiative. It will introduce the network’s purpose, structure, and long‑term vision while creating an open platform for early career professionals to engage with peers and contribute to shaping the future of the ECNet community.
The programme will explore ICE membership pathways, professional development opportunities, and the wider support available to emerging civil engineers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in an interactive Q&A session, allowing them to raise questions about membership progression and development routes.
In addition, the event will outline the proposed structure of the new ECNet committee, including roles, responsibilities, and the selection process, followed by an open discussion on member needs and expectations. This collaborative format is designed to ensure that the network reflects the aspirations of early career professionals in Bahrain.
This is a hybrid event, with the in‑person session taking place in Manama and an online option available via Microsoft Teams. In‑person attendance is highly encouraged to benefit from extended networking opportunities and direct engagement with speakers and peers.
18.00 – 20.15 (Bahrain time), with the online segment starting at 18.15 (Bahrain time)
