Nobody enjoys conflict, and as a result, we often do not have the tips and tools to deal with disagreements constructively. This webinar aims to equip you with some of the skills required to resolve conflicts more effectively.

During this webinar, we will explore:

  • Arguing ‘well’
  • Strategies for coping with disagreement
  • How to avoid attacking and demonising others
