The presenters will discuss how to effectively demonstrate the required attributes and offer valuable guidance and advice on how to avoid potential pitfalls during the Professional Review.

Two recently chartered engineers will also take part in a mock interview, showing their review presentation.

After the event, there will be a networking session with drinks at the ICE Kendal's bar sponsored by Ramboll.

Negin is a graduate engineer with two years’ experience. She joined Ramboll after graduating from University College of London with a distinction in civil engineering. During her time in Ramboll Negin has spent time on various projects namely: Thames Tideway CAT3 checks, Barking Riverside Extension (Monitoring), Silvertown CAT3 checks and more. Negin is also a driver of Ramboll sustainability initiatives in Tunnel and Underground team as well as the wider company strategy with a focus on being the leading force in sustainability and regenerative design solutions

Sarah Glover

Sarah is an Associate Director at Arup where she is responsible for design and construction of a wide range of multidisciplinary engineering projects. A geotechnical specialist, she has particular experience in the design of foundations and deep basements on urban sites which are frequently constrained by sensitive existing buildings and underground third-party infrastructure. She is a chartered engineer, supervising civil engineer and former winner of the James Rennie Medal.
