This UK Central Dredging Association (CEDA) seminar will focus on the evolving landscape of Scotland's ports and harbours, exploring key topics related to dredging and infrastructure development.
Presentations will highlight the latest technologies in dredging, as well as case studies on dredging projects in Scotland that improve accessibility for larger vessels and boost port efficiency.
The event will bring together industry leaders and experts, offering valuable networking opportunities for professionals in the maritime, construction and environmental sectors.
Following the morning seminar and lunch, a site visit will take place at 14:00. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore Peel Ports’ £150M redevelopment of Hunterston Marine Yard into a renewable hub and engage with the developers and contractors behind this major infrastructure project. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is not required.
