HKA G&S: 24th AGM and award presentation ceremony

Overview

The ICE HKA G&S 24th AGM will be held on 08 June 2025. ICE HKA G&S will be joined by the ICE Hong Kong, the HKA committee and honourable guests in celebrating the fruitful achievements attained over the past year. The outgoing chairman of the G&S division will introduce the annual report for the Session 2024-25, and the treasurer will report on the financial position of the division. The AGM marks the completion of the current session, and the beginning of the Session 2025-26.

Prizes and certificates for ICE HKA G&S outstanding helpers will be presented following the AGM. This is a formal occasion where their contributions over the past year are commemorated. G&S events would not have been as successful as they were without the kind help from the devoted helpers.

Remarks:

• Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE Graduate and Student Member(s).
• Only successful applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail.
• Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events.

Adverse weather arrangement:

The event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date in the case of a red or black rainstorm signal, or typhoon signal no. 3 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 14.30. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in view of safety or other considerations.
