Overview
The Demae Iccho Factory workshop offers a unique, interactive experience where participants get to make their own Demae Iccho instant noodles from scratch. Throughout the 90-minute session, you will engage in every step of the noodle-making process, including kneading the wheat flour dough, spreading it out, steaming, seasoning, and finally flash-frying the noodles to perfection. This immersive workshop not only provides a fun and educational insight into how instant noodles are made but also allows you to appreciate the craftsmanship behind this beloved snack.
Booking in advance is essential to secure your spot and enjoy a memorable culinary adventure at the Cup Noodles Museum.

Notes
- Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE HKA G&S members.
- The event will be conducted in Cantonese.
- Attendance certificates will be provided after two weeks of the event only if attendees attend the whole event.
- Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events.

Adverse weather arrangement
The event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date in the case of a black rainstorm signal, or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 11.30. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in view of safety or other considerations.
