HKA G&S: joint society BBQ party

Overview

As the vibrant colours of spring bloom, we are thrilled to invite you to our joint society BBQ party.

This much-anticipated event is a perfect opportunity for members of the engineering industry to come together and celebrate the season with delicious barbecue, engaging activities, and delightful company. 

The event is co-organised with the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Young Members Committee (HKIE YMC), the Association of Engineering Professionals in Society Ltd Young Engineers-in-Society Committee (AES-YES) and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

With our planned interactive activities and mouth-watering food, it must be an excellent opportunity to foster new connections and strengthen existing relationships within our industry.

To book your place, simply click the ‘Book now’ button below and follow the onscreen instructions. 

Note:

• The number of participants is limited to 5 for ICE HKA G&S for all ICE members (20 quotas shared with HKIE YMC, AES-YES and CIBSE). 
• Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE HKA G&S members. 
• Only successful applicants will receive confirmation emails, including the payment method. 
• Once registration is confirmed, payment is non-refundable. 
• The event will be conducted in Cantonese. 
• Attendance certificates will be provided after two weeks of the event only if attendees attend the whole event. 
• The above is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events. 
• Please also inform us in advance about any food/alcohol allergies. 

Adverse weather arrangement 

The event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date in the case of a black rainstorm signal, or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 12.00. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in view of safety or other considerations.
